TUITION

4 Year-Olds: $175/Week; $250 Annual Supply Fee

VPK Wraparound: $150/Week; $250 Annual Supply Fee

There is a non-refundable, one-time registration fee that is due at the time of registration.

Registration fees are:

• $50 for one child  

• $75 for two children*      

• Registration fees are waived for children of military or first responders.

  *Discounts for multiple children are for children in the same family.

ENROLLMENT FORMS

The following forms must be completed and provided at the time of enrollment and will be maintained in the Administrator’s office.

·      Florida Certification of Immunization form Part A-1, B, or C, DH 680

·      Application for Enrollment

·      Student Health Examination form DH 3040

·      Parent Handbook Signature Page

·      Certificate of Custody (if applicable)
